PHOERA hydrating face primer that grips makeup up to 12 hours and hydrates skin with hyaluronic to prevent makeup from caking, fading, and creasing.
Portulaca Oleracea Extract and Sodium Hyaluronate helps moisture skin for a fresh, dewy glow. Layer foundation & other makeup on top for all-day hold, or wear alone for a glassy, hydrated, fresh face.
This hydrating face primer works for all skin types, but we especially recommend Hydro Grip Primer for normal to dry skin.
