Standard Delivery
Standard delivery takes place during office hours, and the shopper cannot select the exact date or time for the delivery. There are no standard deliveries after hours, over weekends, or on public holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address.
During checkout, the buyer indicates where in South Africa delivery is required. Based on your delivery address and postal code, Phoera Cosmetics will indicate which delivery option is available.
In the case of standard delivery, your parcel will be delivered to the address you specified during checkout.

Standard delivery within 7 working days is guaranteed, and a refund will apply if this timeline is not met.
